ChangeNow.io is by far, not even close, my favorite site to exhange crypto assets. The service is always quick and is as cheap or cheaper than other exchange sites. Big Fan!!!

I just used Changenow for the first time and WOW was I blown away at HOW FREAKING SIMPLE they made it for me to not just trade crypto, but to swap USDC from my SOL wallet into BNB on BSC network - which most platforms can't even do - much less make anything normal they do BETHIS EASY. I am so glad I had to hunt for a solution that had me worried for awhile until I found Changenow. My thanks to the team - please keep up what you have going here.

Always had good experiences with changenow. Recently i had a confusing case, where i had accidentally sent USDC (SOL) to a Solana-only address, which took quite a while to figure out a solution for. But Tim, the customer care worker, worked TOGETHER with me, as we both were working off each others findings to find a solution and it worked in the end. Super professional website, and the support is to die for. Love you Tim! Big 5 stars from zharin.

Great Experience not having to deal with usual exchange. Fast and complete

I have had a great experience, everything went perfect (while I was keeping my fingers crossed, because it was a complex exchange scenario for me) !!!

A couple ow weeks ago I was attemting to buy some PLS thru the piteas dapp, I inputed a trade for 0.15 eth for PLS tokens, while in the process my computer crashed. A couple days later I got it back running and noticed the swap only sent my eth out of wallet with no returning PLS tokens. I am attempting to either complete the trade or recover my eth. Here is some research I did but I am in no way able to understand whats happened and who has the eth., etc. Can you try to decifer the events and how to proceed? Problem solved in minutes I simply filled out the online ticket system, and they responded within the hour ( others can take days ) and from the docs and screenshots I sent they had a solution and executed it swiftly. The support team Eyvi, August and Adam were all very helpful and kind.
